I will provide you with your concepts by 6pm AEDT and I will need your feedback by 11am AEDT the next morning. I will provide you with feedback forms to fill out to help guide your feedback process.

That’s exactly how you should be feeling! You don’t need to know what your brand should look like, that’s my job. We use a strategic process to extract key information from your brand questionnaire to create a brand that aligns with your personality, vision, and goals.
You’ll receive two mood board options (based on your strategy) so we can confirm your visual direction before design begins.

Absolutely! This is a collaborative process, I want your brand to feel aligned and personal. You’ll be given custom feedback forms at each stage of the process to make giving clear, helpful feedback easy and efficient.

All you need is a business name, a clear idea of your offers, and all your big dreams, ideas, and inspiration. If you’ve started a Pinterest board or have a mood board going, feel free to share that too! But no worries if you don’t – your vision is all I need to get started, and I’ll guide you through the rest.

That’s okay! While fast feedback is essential for the project to run smoothly, you won’t be needed every single day.
Designs will be delivered by 6pm AEDT on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, and I’ll need your feedback by 11am the next morning.

Yes! Once your final invoice has been paid, ownership of your approved brand assets will be yours. You’ll receive all approved brand files in JPG, PNG, EPS, PDF, and SVG formats, along with your brand guidelines.

Absolutely. You must sign your contract and pay your 50% deposit before Dec 31st to lock in 2025 pricing. I’m currently booking into next year, but if you'd like to start sooner, just reach out and I’ll see what I can do!

Since this is a special end-of-year offer, I don’t offer extended payment plans. A 50% deposit is due upfront, and the final 50% is due before your final files are handed over at the end of the project.

Your website will be built on Squarespace, which is easy to use and fully editable. You’ll also receive a recorded walkthrough call to teach you how to make edits, update pages, and feel confident using your site going forward.

Yes! I do offer Shopify websites, but that’s a separate offer, with a longer timeline and custom pricing. This Web in a Week offer is specifically for Squarespace sites.

Your package includes 4 custom-designed pages. If you’d like to add more, you can! Extra pages are available at $700 +GST per page.

You’ll receive a detailed Google Doc to guide you through writing your website copy. If you’d like me to take it off your hands, you can add done-for-you copywriting for $1,500 +GST.

It’s ideal to have everything ready by your project start date so you can launch faster. But if not, no stress, I’ll use placeholder copy and imagery to keep the project moving, and I’ll teach you how to update everything yourself when you’re ready.
